At present, banks enormous pressure of competition, in order to be able to place in the market, a leader must manage the need for large customers. In order to further adapt to market competition environment and needs, to large customers with better quality and efficient services to ensure the effective management of large customer information, to ensure a large customer service quality, to large customers to provide effective support for front-end sector, enhance Laiwu ICBC competitiveness in the field of large customers, so the idea of ??knitting a more practical system to achieve unity on large customers, management and control of resources. Currently the banking system, to maximize develop their own customer base, deepen understanding and mining customers, at the right time to choose the right product recommendation applies to customers in the process on how to effectively manage one of the largest customers, increase customer service hit rate and reduce the cost of services and other non-profit customers, the bank manager is placed in front of a problem. In the system development process has always been the object-oriented analysis and design ideas on needs analyzes conducted for each functional object-oriented design. Technically using J2EE technology system, Oracle10g database, WebSphere6.0 MVC application server and multi-tier architecture design ideas to achieve a separation of data and the view. In this paper, a large customer information management in general are analyzed, the whole management is divided into customer management, marketing management, early warning management, task management, and several other parts, each part made for a more detailed analysis of the use cases, completed the system functions defined. Technically the system proposed in the system design goals, technically multi-layer design, detailed design and discuss the hierarchical level of interaction between institutions. In the functional design using the activity diagram, sequence diagram for the main function of a variety of ways to do a detailed design. Finally the use of multiple capture describes the system implementation, and use of the key technology described. By periodically scanning the head office database, defined according to certain rules to obtain a large customer information, and then use advanced data warehouse technology and other advanced database management process, resulting in a number of important functions with decision support data report; while managers can also announcement through the system, view a variety of decision-making information on the department's staff issued a directive that, by definition seek large customers, large customers graded, effective services to major clients on a variety of situations and timely communication (including early warning), etc. . Overall, this system is very important for each department has its value in use. Design content of this paper has been successfully tested in Laiwu ICBC work, basically meet the daily needs. I hope this design to a large number of other banks in the management of customer information play a reference and guidance.
