The Teacher’s Teaching Tact in Mathematics Teaching Research

With the implementation of the new curriculum,the relationship between teacher and students has changed from the original control and controlled into equality and contacts, and the classroom performance of the new curriculum is filled with vitality and vigor. But because of the activity, variability of students’thought, and the generative and openness of curriculum, the student’s individual difference and the influence of the external environment, the uncontrolled, unexpected and occasional factors have increased in our classroom. We have put forward higher request to the Pre-class preparation and the class regulation in the new curriculum. Teachers should not only have the ability to seize all kinds of information in the teaching process, but also be able to decisively apply the proper and effective strategies and measures to promote the process of teaching development. The teaching tact has become more and more important in the role of new classroom in the current of curriculum reform. If teachers want to freely rein in classroom which is a complex dynamic system, and successfully complete the teaching task, then we must have the excellent teaching tact.This paper analyzes the connotation of the teaching tact, discriminated the relations between teaching tact and other related concepts, and gave the five characteristics:instantaneity, flexibility, intelligence, difference and practicality, and separately from students’, teachers’perspective to talk about the role of teaching tact. To the cognitive and teaching using status of different parts of the mathematics teachers in Jiangxi province, Fujian province, I have obtained a series of conclusion through interview and questionnaire. There are five teaching witty tactics in allusion to the investigation result, namely problem on strategy, plan clever strategy, temporary suspension strategy, humor ridicule strategy and "make the best use "strategy. And this paper attempts to two aspects from the school and teacher training of teachers’teaching tact, not only from the teachers ’to talk about teachers’ teaching tact. This paper presents: based on the self cultivation strategies, tamping attainment of mathematics, further grinding teaching material, mastering teaching art theory, paying attention to the teaching practice and reflection; Based on the teaching of school-based research training strategies have actively participate in wit, and be good at viewing teacher lectures, pay attention to in-service education institute, perceived activity research. According to the actual situation, this paper finally made a summary, which points out the deficiencies of the study and further research prospect. This research contributes to promote and deepening the theory of mathematics teaching tact, cultivating and improving the use level of the teachers’ teaching tact and it has a positive significance in theory and practice to the mathematics teaching tact.
