With the further development of our Reform and Opening-Up policy and rapid growth of national manufacturing industry, there are the rapid increase of the level of modernization of production equipment and total assets. But the advanced and high-value production equipment has great contradiction with the backward management model which greatly limits the modernization of production equipment and improvement of utilization of assets, so that the core competence of enterprises has been affected. Therefore, the research and realization of Enterprise Asset Management can enable the enterprises to achieve the aim of "optimal use of assets, maximum return on investment".With the analysis of historical development and current situation of the asset management system, combining the actual needs of enterprises towards asset management, this thesis sums up the four main characteristics of the asset management system:life cycle management, internet-supported, real-time management and scientific maintenance. Three subsystems are divided basing on the above-mentioned characteristics:asset lifecycle management, equipment operation management and preventive maintenance.Basing on what mentioned above, the whole design of the enterprise asset management system is finished by this thesis; The specific functions and design of the three subsystems are introduced in detail; The project management is successfully completed by iterative development; Adopting three architectures, the system finishes the detailed design of sever on application layer, so the aim of visiting the internet from the client side is achieved; Basing on relational database technology and unique method, the real-time analysis of the operational state of equipment is realized.
