This article describes the generation of phosphate builders 4A zeolite structure , uses and trends prepared by the hydrothermal products were XRD, SEM analysis , while the 4A zeolite hydrothermal synthesis mechanism of exploration and research , the use of sintered alumina production process red mud as the main source of aluminum lotion 4A zeolite experimental research investigated the synthesis process slurry , crystallization and aging process and other control conditions on 4A zeolite indexes. Experiments show that purified red mud washing with water glass by hydrothermal synthesis process condition control , slurry temperature was controlled at 50 ~ 55 ℃, the crystallization temperature controlled at 70 ~ 80 ℃, aging temperature controlled at about 95 ℃ , indicators can produce qualified 4A zeolite having Ca 2 Index ≥ 295mg / g, whiteness ≥ 95%, reaching a commodity 4A zeolite product requirements. With a high concentration of synthetic and three-component and technology innovations such as slurry flow , improve the single-slot capacity , the original process yield solid content of 90 ~ 100kg / m 3 . Project through the process improvements, the solid content was increased to 120 ~ 140kg / m 3 , the relative increase of about 30%, measured by the physical and chemical indicators , the indicators prepared excellent zeolite 4A , the products used in detergents as builders IDM . Red mud lotion active ingredient in Al 2 O 3 , Na 2 O can be recycled, not to return for the alumina production process invalid circulation, thus optimizing the sintering of alumina production process route. And through the optimization of hydrothermal synthesis process improvement, put forward the corresponding actual production control measures to stabilize the product index , improved zeolite slot capacity to adopt and slurry flow gasification process and crystallization mother liquor circulation ingredients to achieve a continuous production , based on the existing equipment , increase production capacity, reduce the production cost of the zeolite , while saving water . And after the industrial test validation , process is reasonably practicable , the sustainable development of enterprises to provide technical support .
