Evaluation of student learning is a very important link in the process of education and teaching activities . Evaluation of student learning has always been to take teacher exam tests as the main or even the only means to detect the effect of student learning , evaluation of student learning outcomes and student academic achievement as the main basis . This evaluation mode largely affect the educational philosophy of the teachers , influence and limit the overall development of students . Therefore, the change in evaluation mode become important aspects of the reform of basic education . Mathematics as a basis for discipline , in terms of educational and application of its irreplaceable role occupies a very important position in the secondary education , the study of mathematics learning evaluation undoubtedly has a very important significance in promoting the development of mathematics education . This study found that secondary school teachers and students in the questionnaire and interviews carried out a few years after the reform of basic education , students 'math learning evaluation is still the bottleneck restricting the development of mathematics education and all-round development of students ' mathematics learning evaluation mode and did not happen fundamental change. Of course the reason is manifold: the concept of the traditional evaluation plays a restrictive role in the subjective , in strokes with the brilliant idea mechanisms influence teachers time and effort limitation is the main reason objectively , In addition to the lack of a simple , effective , actionable strong evaluation program and evaluation support tools is one of the important reasons . In this paper, the evaluation of students ' mathematics learning as the object of study , on the basis of the evaluation of the status of students ' mathematics learning , the need for analysis of the problem of the evaluation of students ' mathematics learning and diversified learning evaluation . The basis of the concept of modern education , students ' mathematics learning diversified evaluation program in line with the new curriculum standards , and the use of modern information technology to build a multi-level , multi-factor evaluation support platform . The platform design embodies the concept of diversified evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give an objective evaluation of all aspects of the students 'math learning , to grasp the overall situation of the students study math for math teachers to promote the all-round development of the students ' learning provides a powerful support tools.
