The flood greatly endanger the safety of people 's lives and property , so its effective and accurate forecasting is an important research topic , with a strong theoretical and practical significance . With the development of social production and the improvement of the level of science and technology , people flood victims , Hing water conservancy are increasingly high requirements . The original research methods and research approaches increasingly difficult to meet the increasing demands , can not properly resolve the problems faced . Therefore, people are constantly looking for new theories , new methods to study and explore the hydrology and water resources systems , in order to better grasp the law , to improve the level of flood forecasting . Study the original method based on the flow vector splitting method applied to the field of flood routing , is expected to address some of the problems difficult to solve the existing methods and means , and may open a new research ideas and research avenues . This paper describes the development and current situation of the domestic and international flood forecasting theory and methods , then introduce the concepts, principles , and mathematical models of cellular automata . Followed by an overview of the development of the flux vector splitting method , theory , modeling , and methods . KFVS method of solution can be pressure no sticky gas dynamics equations and the shallow water equations and numerical simulation . The focus of this article is to explore new methods for flood routing . On the basis of the previous chapter , this paper presents a general model flux vector splitting method . Water level data flow information for some Qingjiang site introduced KFVS model flood forecasting analysis , flux vector splitting prediction model ; improved KFVS application to practical problem , the water level for the study variables flood forecasting methods, the development of the application of the theory of the KFVS . The results show that , to good effect.
