With the development of the industry and its light-emitting diode means increasing demand for testing , I hope there is a proper way of LED light and color parameters were measured , and the standardization of relevant parameters to do some useful discussion , in order to improve product design level and product performance. This paper describes an energy spectral responsivity of the detector , filter and LED light transmittance , color parameters of the system under test research program . We developed this system using photodiodes and photomultiplier as a photoelectric detection sensors to AT89C51 microcontroller as the core processor for data acquisition and on-site , and through a communication with the PC , the data is sent back to the PC for further processing , PC can be a diode on the basis of characteristic parameters for analysis and calculation , and thus an appropriate analysis of the data given by way of expression . This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter focuses primarily on the research background and significance , and proposed in this paper to complete the main work. Chapter theoretical overview outlines spectral responsivity of the photodiode and the V (λ) matching evaluation index and LED light , color parameters of the test principles and calculation methods , this chapter is the theoretical basis of this thesis . The third chapter is the hardware system design and test solutions , from the hardware aspects of the system's various sub-function system for a detailed exposition of the various sub- functions to achieve practical solutions proposed and constructed according to the proposed hardware system detailed testing program. Chapter IV software system design , based on the previous one chapter covers hardware systems and testing program , described in detail the system software design, human-machine interface and interaction interface implementation , such as data processing algorithm to make a detailed profiling . Chapter V gives some issues with the system developed by the test results , and the test results are analyzed and made ??some improvements to this system of opinions.
