Objective To investigate the diazepam binding inhibitory factor (diazepam binding inhibitor, DBI) in morphine dependence . 1.30 male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into study group of 20 and 10 saline control group . Study Group : intraperitoneal injection of morphine hydrochloride , 2 times / day starting dose for 5mgkg -1 times -1 daily increments of 5 mgkg -1 times -1 to 10 days at 50 mgkg -1 times -1 , the control group injected with the same volume of saline over the same period , research 3h 3h ( dependent group ) and 72h after the last injection group ( withdrawal three days ) , 6 days ( withdrawal six days ) , 10 days ( withdrawal 10 days ) in the control group, after the last injection and 72h , respectively, were sacrificed 5 . Each rat behavior in the period prior to sacrifice determination . Conditioned place preference (conditioned place preference, CPP) evaluation of rats was measured before the natural non-preferred side ( white side ) in processing factors applied (ZR ) , applied in the fifth day ( YL5 ) ninth day ( YL9 of ) , the third day after the termination of treatment factors (JD3), sixth (JD6), the tenth day (JD10) evaluation within 15 minutes of white side of the residence time (in seconds ) ; withdrawal JD1 JD3 JD6 JD10 rats within 20 minutes of withdrawal signs , including flutter the teeth array number ( teeth chattering , TC) , wet dog shakes (wet dog shakes), upright ( rearing ) body stretching ( strething ) , cunnilingus ( the penis licking PL ) diarrhea (diarrhea) and piloerection (piloerection), calculated withdrawal symptoms
