Objective: This study by X cephalometric analysis of hard and soft tissue of Shandong Province early permanent dentition Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 patients , and were done with the standard value of the normal ( occlusal ) comparative study , further analysis of Shandong region in early permanent dentition Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 the wrong ( occlusal ) soft malformation and normal ( occlusion ) , the difference between the hard tissue and its wrong ( occlusal ) mechanism , to early permanent dentition Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 wrong ( occlusal ) deformity clinical diagnosis , treatment planning , and provide a reference . MATERIALS AND METHODS: randomly selected in accordance with the standards in the early permanent dentition of Shandong University Stomatological Hospital for treatment of Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 wrong ( occlusion ) of 40 patients , male and female 20 cases , aged 11 to 16 years , with an average age of 13 years old. Correction before shooting skull lateral radiographs of each patient . Image processing and fixed-point measurement with professional cephalometric software Winceph7.0 selection of 40 hard and soft tissue signs point from Downs, Wylie, Steiner, Tweed analysis project 67 project of soft and hard tissue . SPSS11.5 statistical software for processing the resulting data , gender differences in early permanent dentition of Shandong Province Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 data analysis and normal contrast . The result : draw in Shandong Province in early permanent dentition Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 patients with soft and hard tissue X - cephalometry mean and standard deviation , early permanent dentition Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 patients gender difference was not significant , permanent teeth early Angle Ⅱ to 1 patients with normal ( occlusal ) a significant difference . Conclusion : Shandong permanent teeth early Angle Ⅱ ~ 1 patients wrong ( occlusal ) mechanism is basically normal maxillary , mandibular lower jaw relative to for maxillary shrink , formation far ( occlusal ) ; Second
