With the development of computer processing technology, wireless networks more flexible and self-organization using a distributed architecture of networking. Meanwhile, the mobile terminal toward multi-mode, multi-port, multi-channel direction, multi-mode terminals distributed network composed of heterogeneous wireless networks become the trend. Although building a network of distributed network has fast, without the advantage of a base station, but because of its lack of overall control mechanism, so a global distributed network radio resource management more difficult, heterogeneous situations encountered more problems, which are summarized as : How to achieve interoperability of heterogeneous distributed network, network load balancing, spectrum utilization and terminal power consumption optimized to present the user with a full range of network services ubiquitous environment and so on. In order to solve the above problems, this paper based on the results of existing research group around heterogeneous distributed radio resource management, for ease of analysis, the first to focus on the control of heterogeneous network load balancing scheme as the starting point, and then extended to the equalization program Distributed case study of heterogeneous relay node transmission rate and power control scheme, and finally according to the project plan, the OFDM as the modulation scheme for distributed network of sub-carrier resource allocation optimization to explore, the main achievements and innovations are as follows : In the centralized control of heterogeneous network environment, the proposed multi-factor process heterogeneous network load balancing algorithm, which combines fuzzy logic, according to network bandwidth, load, and the number of users in real time changes, the price of a unified heterogeneous networks control, centralized decision, the use of price change control user network access options, to achieve load balancing purposes. Simulation results show that, at high load, the number of users is large, its reducing network congestion and improve network revenues have better performance. (2) for heterogeneous distributed network relay node transmission rate and power control problem, propose a rate matching the power control algorithm and a multi-mode interface, integration programs, and in the final of the algorithm simulation results. The results show that by the power control algorithm, making the relay transmission to obtain a higher rate, but also save the energy consumption of the entire system. 3 pairs of the OFDM modulation technique as a virtual MIMO system resource management research. The distributed condition of OFDM subcarrier and power allocation, the inter proposed business-sensitive layer of the sub-carrier allocation algorithm according to the channel information and the service type for the dynamic assignment of OFDM sub-carriers, not only can improve efficiency in the use of sub-carriers, also able to equitably allocate the bandwidth required for different business resources.
