IPTV service broadband network as a new interactive multimedia services based on IP network , can not only make the traditional telecom operators to provide new business highlights , improve business competitiveness , but also to seize the opportunities in the future triple play . Internet business relative to provide best-effort service , IPTV services required to carry a platform to be manageable , quality assurance , and more stringent requirements on bandwidth, delay , jitter , and other indicators . Existing network to carry IPTV services must be effectively transformed . In this paper, Anhui Telecom IPTV service carrier network transformation program and feasibility of in-depth research . The first chapter of the history and development of the IPTV reviewed , and background knowledge of the IPTV system were introduced, covering IPTV system composed IPTV business and the characteristics of domestic and foreign standards . And elaborated on IPTV bearer network , content delivery network and multicast technology , QOS knowledge . The second chapter elaborates the the Anhui Chaohu telecom broadband IP MAN and Chaohu, Anhui Telecom IPTV networking and the Anhui Chaohu telecommunications IPTV business simple introduction . The third chapter analyzes the basic needs of the operators IPTV support network , proposed the transformation of the support network recommendations , focusing on analysis of the core convergence layer , access layer transformation of several options , and concluded that the safety requirements of the terminal . Chapter of existing IP broadband metro network core layer, convergence layer and access layer devices the business flow measured , combined with equipment capacity and the measured data , and put forward a viable network implementations .
