In the computation of facing service, traditional Web Services usually describe service through WSDL, and finish Web Services’ publishing and finding with UDDI server and depending on keyword without the content of information, therefore service’s combination and exchange’s automatization is difficult to achieve. With the rapid development of Web Services, Web Services system should be higher dynamic, hale, efficient and secure, traditional Web Services’ localization is more and more evident. Semantic Web Services technology that is combined with Web Services and Semantic Web provide a solution for above, thereinto OWL-S that is put forward by many organizational researcher is a Web Services description language based on Ontology, it have a stronger information expression capability than WSDL, it support semantic consequence function and it make Web Services search more exact and comprehensive. At present, some research institution inside and outside nation have done some research in Semantic Web Services and have achieved some success, but the research of the whole field locate in initial stages phases, especially the study of service finding mechanism. The main research contents and feature of this paper are as follow: (1) This paper implements a UDDI Registry network model in P2P environment. Because the Standard UDDI system uses client/servercommunication model essentially, UDDI server play register book operator’s role in this communication model, and UDDI client play the role that is Web Services’ publisher or searching Web Services’ client. With the increasing joining nodes, the data that is disposed by UDDI server will be large, and its size will increase with index, so it will induce network bottleneck, and reduce the efficiency in the searching service process. At the same time, there are a lot of data storing in private UDDI in fact network, and how to make use of these data need to think over. So it is necessary to research how to make use of P2P’s entire distributed feature to realize UDDI distribution, namely transform very concentrative super UDDI server to distributed UDDI network.(2) Making use of the characteristic of OWL-S ontology, we use semantic information to describe these nodes in registry network and make these UDDI nodes relate to each other through semantic description attribute to achieve Semantic and Distributed UDDI Registry in P2P, at the same time, we also give an example.(3) Through the research of Web Services searching mechanism, and distributed UDDI model that is supporting semantic, we present an efficient algorithm of service search that is supporting semantic. At present, UDDI make use of the service publish and search interface that can only support keyword match, and it can’t support OWL-S and other standard protocol, namely it can’t support Web Services search that based on semantics. So it is necessary to research how to introduce semantic support in present UDDI system. At the same time, through analyzing service search process, we know that if we only make use of the broadcast orientation method of P2P, then with the increasing network size, it will bring a lot of broadcast information, so it will make network communication rapid rise and make network congestion easily, and it will prevent the development of enterprise core operation strictly. So it isnecessary to develop an efficient search algorithm to limit search scope and ensure the content’s accuracy and perfectibility.
