The main purpose of this paper was putting forward some developmental proposals to inbound tourism market of Guangxi province, providing the reference of policy-making for the tourism administration and the government’s strategy of“strengthening Guangxi by tourism”by carrying on the dynamic localization, which was based on analyzing dynamically and systematically the characteristics of temporal and spatial variation of historical developmental process in the recent years. In need of the paper’s content, it utilized simultaneously research technique of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis such as the literature analytic method, the statistical analytic method and the comparison analytic method and so on. The production was below:①The paper calculated the change of inbound tourists according to the temporal variation intensity index model, analyzed the spatial structure characteristics according to the hierarchical cluster analysis method, studied the spatial structure variation progress of inbound tourist resource countries and inbound tourism destination according to the geography centralized index method, completing the research to characteristics of temporal and spatial structure variation of Guangxi inbound tourism market.②According to combined the method of familiarity with scenic destination and market competitive state, it analyzed the characteristics of temporal and spatial variation of Guangxi inbound tourism market structure, completing the research to relevance between the familiarity with scenic destination and market competitive state.③The paper measured the competitiveness of foreign tourism markets of Guangxi inbound tourism markets by using the RCA index, analyzed the temporal and spatial variation of inbound tourist resource markets on competitiveness,then measured and analyzed the temporal and spatial variation of each inbound tourist resource markets on competitiveness with the IPA method, completing the research to the temporal and spatial variation of Guangxi inbound tourism market on competitiveness.④Based on located the target levels of Guangxi inbound tourism market, it elaborated general strategic proposals,and then proposed market developmental concrete countermeasures which was adapted to the developmental reality of Guangxi inbound tourist resource market, completing the research to broaden strategy of Guangxi inbound tourist resource market.
