Quality education in every teacher jobs rely on colorful, flexible and diverse teaching activities, cultivate high-quality teachers in the future it is particularly important. The overall quality of the teachers is that teachers should have a good work ethic, scientific philosophy of education and a high level of expertise in a higher overall quality of teachers, a rich addition to the expertise of system should also be skilled teaching skills, teaching ability and rich social common sense. Normal Students at the school in the process of learning to accept training and training in this area, be prepared to enter the teaching profession in the future.
